The customer bears the cost of shipping and courier fees for the exchange based on their preference, except in cases where the store agrees to cover the costs. If the product has a manufacturing defect or an error in the order, Sengab Store bears all the costs of the exchange. If the order includes a free product, all products, including the free one, must be returned in their original condition. The customer is not entitled to exchange products that: - Were made upon a special request or specific specifications. - Have been used or the customer has benefited from them. - Relate to digital products, such as software or e-books. Return Policy: The customer has the right to return the product within seven days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition and unused. The customer bears the return cost of 23 riyals if the return is based on their personal preference. In case of defects or errors in the product, the store bears all costs. Banking transaction fees are deducted according to the payment method used. The amount is refunded to the same payment method within a maximum of 14 working days after confirming the condition of the product. If the order includes a free product, all products, including the free one, must be returned in their original condition. General Instructions: The customer must keep the original packaging and all attached accessories. Sengab Store is not responsible for exchanged or returned products that were not sent according to the specified instructions. If the order contains free shipping offers and is returned, the shipping cost will be recalculated. Exemptions: - Customized products or those made upon the customer’s request. - Products that have been damaged due to misuse. - Digital products or those used once.
